Day 6/365 – Needs improvement

What I ate today? –

  1. Peanuts
  2. Dates
  3. Spinach juice
  4. Carrot juice
  5. Pupkin juice
  6. Raw idly
  7. Cooked rice and cooked dal
  8. Mango

Notes

  1. I drank too many juices and that reduced my calories intake resulting in eating cooked food. Need to calculate calories per day.

Today’s body weight(on empty stomach): 60.9 Kgs
