Day 10/365 – Needs improvement

What I ate today? –

  1. Spinach juice
  2. Orange juice
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Ashgourd juice
  5. Peanuts
  6. Cooked food

Notes – I should learn to throw remaining food instead of eating to save food from getting wasted.

Today’s body weight(on empty stomach): 60.6 Kgs
